A monthly conversation series for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs who are ready to stop reacting and start building.
Thursday, April 9, 2026 | 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM CT | Virtual via Zoom | Free
Running a nonprofit at the $1M–$10M mark means you're rarely short on challenges — and often short on peers who truly understand them. Board pressure. Staff capacity. Strategic decisions with no clear playbook. And very few people you can talk to honestly about any of it.
The Strategy Studio was built to change that. Each month, Allecia Harley, Founder and Principal Consultant of IntuWork Consulting, facilitates a live conversation with experienced nonprofit leaders about one critical component of building a thriving organization.
This is not a webinar. This is a room where real leaders have real conversations about what works, what doesn't, and what they wish they'd known sooner.
The Strategy Studio is opening founding membership to a carefully curated group of 20 Executive Directors and CEOs. As a founding member, you lock in $47/month for life; your rate never increases as long as your membership stays active.
This isn't just a price break. Founding members help shape what this community becomes, e.g., the topics, the workgroups, the culture. That's worth something.
Membership is by application only. We review every applicant to protect the integrity of the room.

Direct Access to Allecia
Bring your real questions to the live Q&A and get direct input from a strategist who has guided more than 45 organizations through transformational growth.
This space is curated exclusively for nonprofit executive leaders. If you check any of these boxes, you belong here.
You're leading with limited peer support
You're the one everyone else looks to, which means the peer relationships and candid conversations you need are genuinely hard to find.
You want data, not just opinions
You're done with generic nonprofit advice. You want frameworks, tools, and perspectives grounded in what actually works for organizations at your revenue level.
You're ready to connect and learn from peers
This is a conversation, not a lecture. Members come prepared to share their experience as much as they come to gain new insight.
We go deep on one component of building a thriving nonprofit — practical, relevant, and designed for organizations in the $1M–$10M range.
